Compression Springs

Compression Springs, also known as coil springs, are open-coiled steel wire in a variety of cross sections and forms for linear applications. As compression springs are compressed, they provide a force (push) to return the spring back to its normal height. The force produced by compression springs makes them an excellent component for storing energy, ideal for various applications. Compression springs can be manufactured in any size, with varying degrees of stiffness, known as spring rate.

Tension Springs

The primary function of this type of spring is to allow an outside force to create tension then use energy to pull components back together. Tension springs are usually wound very tightly, and this spring is in a state of rest when it is coiled closely together. Tension springs can be used in a wide range of industry sectors.

Torsion Springs

A torsion spring has a closed helical coil, supplied in either a right hand (Clockwise) or left hand (Anti Clockwise) direction. These springs work by twisting. The legs push back and exert a torque or rotary force when they are rotated around the centre (axis) of the spring.

Belleville springs are a coned disk spring typically containing a hole in the center which can be loaded along its axis either statically or dynamically. We use High tensile materials to manufacture disk springs ensuring very high loads in the smallest of spaces.
