SPRING MANUFACTURING

MATERIAL

Speciality spring steel wire ensure our high standards. We comply to our customer’s high performance requirements. We manufacture springs from material small as 1mm up to 65mm. Both hot and cold – formed springs are manufactured from the highest quality stainless – and spring steel materials, which ensure higher fatigue, strength, high level of corrosion, resistance and heat resistance.

MATERIAL

COILING

It consists of a vast range of shades and sizes including Compression, Tension, Torsion, Clock-type and Volute Springs.

DIRECT QUENCHING

The extended life process of a spring consists of direct quenching. Complete removal of scale, extremely accurate time/tampering controls ensures the uniform physical properties of the finished springs

GRINDING

High precision End grinder machines are used to allows for improved quality in terms of squareness and compression spring ends

MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION

A randomly selected number of springs from every batch get tested to detect surface and slightly subsurface flaws.

FINAL INSPECTION

All our springs go through a final inspection process, this includes dimensional checks, visual inspection, squareness, scragging and load testing, thus ensuring customer specifications are met.

FINISHES

All springs are shot, peened, painted and baked on the premises. We can also arrange for special coatings eg. Nylon Coating or Powder Coating
